First visit (approx. 70 minutes) $90

Insurance
Auto Accident and Insurance Billing
A prescription is required from the physician/chiropractor treating you for auto accident injuries. Your insurance company must be contacted about coverage before we are able to process insurance billing. We also encourage auto accident victims to contact an attorney for reimbursement assistance.

Worker’s Compensation Clients
Worker’s Compensation clients are accepted with approved C-9 forms. The Wellness Center has experienced Licensed Massage Therapists and a Licensed Acupuncturist to coordinate Worker’s Compensation rehabilitation with you and your physician.
